I'M 10 MONTHS!

Yup, 10 months old! I went to my first job today. It was a photo shoot for Fisher Price. Some new toy for crawling and pulling up. It had 3 arches that you could crawl through, with toys and stuff hanging down. It's a fun toy. I had a good time. They even put blush on my cheeks! I think I did pretty good, but we'll see if my shots get chosen. Hey, at least I didn't cry. Be on the lookout! (I was wearing an orange T-shirt and shorts)

DRINKING

I can drink from a straw! Yup, Mommy got me a new sippy type cup with a straw! It took a little practice, but now I've got it. Aren't you proud? (10 months)

SANDBOX FUN

I "played" in the sandbox today...well, actually, I just sat there. But it was my first time, plus I was busy watching the big kids. I even got to cruise on the jungle gym (just a few steps) and a quick ride on the swings. It was a busy day! Phew, I'm tired....(almost 10 months)

I've been a good boy. I eat lots and lots of good food, new on the menu is steak, chicken, and ravioli. My favorite thing to play with is books! Yup, books. I love flipping pages. As you can see, "pat the bunny" is fun. Daddy started brushing my 4 teeth. I like it a lot. I am now very good at drinking from my sippy cup.

STEAK ANYONE?

I had my first steak! Well, not really. More like a specially prepared beef/tofu/oatmeal pattie. Yummy! Don't worry, I still love my veggies! (9.5 months)

CHECKUP

I had my checkup today and here's the stats...

I weigh 18 pounds 12 ounces
I am 27 1/4 inches tall

Either way, I didn't gain a whole lot. Guess I've been too busy moving around to pack on the pounds. :)

Plus, I went to my first audition! It was for DKNY. I hope I did a good job, but since I just woke up from my nap, I wasn't in a smiling mood. Oh well. I'll let you know if I get the job. (9 months 1 week)

CRUISING

I'm cruising! Well, just 3 or 4 steps at a time, but at least I'm moving. When will I be able to let go of the coffee table? (9 months 1 week)

9 MONTHS OLD!

Yup, a big boy! What's new? I'm getting better at crawling and standing. Not yet cruising...I can get everywhere by crawling. Mommy and Daddy have to chase me around. It's fun! :) I like to feed myself, so no baby foods for me. Only finger foods. So, Mommy has to make it for me. She's always baking or steaming something. Course, cheerios are my favorite - anytime, anywhere. My favorite books are Goodnight Moon (read twice to me every night) and Where's Baby's Bellybutton (love the lift-up flaps). That book is the first thing I pull out of my toy box....that or stackable cups.
