2nd school dance

I went to the 3rd school dance of the year, but only my 2nd.  I forgot why I missed the 2nd one.  Anyhow, it was fun.  Mostly just hung out with my friends.

Wood projects by Dad

Dad made the giant picks on the wall, and mounted the Y brackets on them so we could hang our guitars.  Mom got the Y brackets on Amazon for cheap.  Pretty cool, huh?  And B plays guitar now, not piano.

Dad also made us a handy dandy Kendama holder.  He has some leftover wood and decided to help us stay organized.  Look at our lovely collection!

2015 Holiday Party

See Brendan's blog for the post

Meet and Greet with Jake Wiens

Mom surprised us by taking us to the mall on a weekend in December.  She would never do that...because she hates shopping with crowds.  But it wasn't for shopping.  It was so we could meet Jake Wiens...the Kendama Pro!

First School Dance

I went to my first school dance.  It was a Halloween themed party, but I didn't dress up.  Halloween is for babies.  I didn't really want to go, but Dad thought it would be good to at least try it.  So I went. And it wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting.  Some of my friends were there, so it was okay.  Plus, they had food....chips, cookies...yum.  I was eating all the snacks.  They also had a scary haunted house thing...but I'd say it was kinda lame.  Oh well.  It was pretty fun.  This picture is with my friends Christina and Emily.

First Day of Middle School

It was the first day of school....middle school...or you could call it junior high.

This year, I go to school from 8-2:20pm.  I have dance classes 3 times a week, and also chinese classes and guitar.  It's a pretty full schedule, but I think I can handle it.  Maybe not so much the chinese.....

It's not walkable like my elementary school, so I have to be driven.  We're still working out drop off and pick ups....it's complicated and there are way more students at this school.  We were kind of spoiled being able to walk to school.

Seattle 2015

We went to Seattle again this summer.  Only 3 weeks.  I was so sad it was so short.  I could stay there forever....and play endless video games and watch endless TV.
Went kayaking.

Did some swimming at the local watering hole.

Tried to look cool on the ferry.

Learned a chinese song for Paw Paw.  And one that Uncle Chris taught us.

Made wontons. They were good.

Played a lot of cards.  Even in the car.

Practicing...

Loving the brother.

Paw Paw took us on a hike

We need to take more breaks.
