Teatime with Peter Rabbit

Mom finally took out her Beatrix Potter tea set and let us use it.  We had some afternoon tea today....and it was fun.  We even got dressed up!  Mom used to have tea with her friends and Paw Paw would make the sandwiches and cookies and tea.  Now it's our turn.  We also practiced our manners....

But we've got salmon tea sandwiches, scones, cookies and of course, tea!

Mom thought this was a funny example of my writing.  I tend to repeat...when I can't think of anything else...

School Play

My grade put on a little play through our performing arts class.  I didn't have a speaking role, but I was selected as a "musician" and played the maracas.  Here I am when I took center stage with the other musicians.

It was very crowded in the multi-use room, so Dad couldn't get good pictures....there were a lot of parents.

Spring Break

Mom took us down to LA to visit Paw Paw and Gung Gung....but before we even unpacked our bags in LA, we were off to San Diego!   Yup!  Mom and Paw Paw took us to Legoland and Sea World and it was so much fun!

At Sea World, we saw the dolphin show, the Shamu show and the Sea Lion show....the sea lion show was weak.  But the other two shows were really fun!  We also met up with my little cousin E.  She's super cute and I tried to be a helpful older brother.

Then we went to the beaches near Paw Paw and Gung Gung's house.  We aren't afraid of the waves anymore, in fact...we were running into them.  Yes, Brendan fell in the water and so Mom took his pants off.  We had a good time.  The next time we went, we only had our swim trunks on. Much better that way.

Weekly Report 4.20.11

So I haven't gotten one of these for a while (or maybe Mommy hasn't posted them)...but....I guess some days are just better than others....what can I say?  

CoDance. Another convention and competition

Had our 3rd competition of the year this weekend...we walked away with a gold ranking, but didn't end up placing.  We did dance our very best so far though, so yes, the competition was very tough this time.

We competed very late...our call time was 9.23, but we actually went on around 9.  We were pretty wound up that night.  And we had to stay for the awards.  By the time I got home, it was close to 1030...(Dad took me that night and we stopped for burgers on the way home...I was starving!)  The next morning, we had to be there again...at 730am!  We took classes with some awesome teachers.  Fun!

Science Fair

Today we had a science fair at school.  I have been working for a few weeks with Dad on my project....What do plants need to grow?  Sun.  Water.  or both?  Everyday I watered my plants (the ones that were supposed to be watered), and we waited for them to grow...or not.

Here is my project.  I wrote everything myself....as you can see.
