So having missed my school's Easter festivities, Mommy and Daddy celebrated with me! Oh, and Brendan too!

Oh, I'm miserable
I've caught a virus. It's hand-foot-mouth disease and I'm totally miserable. My mouth hurts like crazy and I can't eat anything. I've only had yogurt for the past 2 days. It even hurts to drink. I did have the fever at the onset, but that was easily fixed with some tylenol. It's the pain in my mouth that cannot be fixed. I'm so very sad because I missed all the Easter activities at school, like the egg decorating and the hunting. So, Mommy did decorating with me today, and tomorrow, we're going to hunt them down! And, I'm sad that I missed school. I can't wait to go back. Mommy said maybe on Monday!

Sedona, AZ
We went to Sedona for Gung Gung's big birthday. You wouldn't believe that I actually did lots of walking! Hiking, they call it. The mountains there are super red and are really tall. The first day, we went on a hike near Cathedral Rock and checked out the river there. I threw rocks in the river and that was really cool. The water was icy cold too. I was very happy hiking with the hiking stick we found. I had fun that day. The next day we went to the Grand Canyon, and it was pretty crazy. The canyon is huge. We saw lots of elk eating in the forest, too. That was a super long day though. Mostly we saw lots of mountains in Sedona. The weather was nice and cool in Sedona. And then the GC was freezing! Good thing we packed our big jackets and wore lots of layers. On the airplane, I was a good boy and helped Mommy take care of Brendan. He wasn't so good b/c he missed his naps and was super cranky. I missed mine too, but was better. :) Now that we're back home, it's back to our regular schedule, and back to school for me. I can't wait to tell my teachers I went to Sedona!

Another haircut
Brother and I got haircuts today. It was really fun. I sat in the golf cart, and Brendan sat in his usual spot in the baby car. He did great. Didn't fuss at all. I was so proud of him. He's doing so much better than me, when I was a baby. :)
