Love my jammies

So, you may have noticed that I'm pretty much in my pajamas in almost every picture...taken at home. Let me explain. After eating breakfast, I change into my outside clothes. The jammies I had on are most likely quite dirty from that breakfast...Then we go out somewhere, school or the store or the park. Then, before my afternoon nap, I change into new, clean jammies....so I can keep my bed clean. Plus, I've usually gotten something on my outdoor clothes, you know, lunch, for example. Then when I wake up, I just stay in my jammies and play and then dinner. Jammies are really so much more comfortable to play in. I don't like jeans very much cuz they are stiff and cold. After my bath, it's back into my jammies. And depending on dinner, I might have new ones for bed. I know, it's a lot of laundry that Mom does, but she tries to make me wear the "clean" ones again.

I'm not 100% PT yet. Only daytime PT, but not night or nap. It's a tough habit to break. :P I usually go standing up...which is pretty coolio! Ha ha.

Things at school are going great. I like my teachers and my friends at school. I usually play with Allison, Tian Tian, Colin and Daniel. There's also Natasha and Jerry. I'm picking up some Chinese too. The songs are really great. I pretend to read the characters in the song book we have at home. Sometimes, you can catch me talking to myself (or Mom or Dad) in "chinese"...it sounds kinda like chinese...sorta maybe? Oh, but hey, at least I am trying, right?

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here I am passing out Valentine's Card to my class.

Watch

my new movies. Mom thinks you'll especially like my christmas show one. It's pretty funny.

Happy Valentine's Day! I'm so happy cuz I get to go to school today and hand out the Valentine's cards I made. And Mommy made cookies for the class. They are super yummy with red hearts on them.

Did I tell you that I like singing Chinese songs? My favorite right now is Gong Xi. That's a good one. And another one is Wo de peng you zai zha li. Mom has some of the songs we learn at school, but she's missing a bunch. I usually end up making up some of the words, since I don't actually know what the songs are about. I love listening to the Chinese songs in the car, and watching Chinese DVDs. I also say Xin Nian Kuai Le and Gong Xi Fa Cai! Another new one is Bu Ke Qi. Yeah.

Happy Birthday Mommy

We had a great dinner at a semi-fancy restaurant and we all survived. The food was great, I ate like never before. I wish you could still be like Baskin-Robbins, Mommy.

Happy New Year!

Gung Hay Fat Choy! and Xin Nian Kuai Le! I'm so happy it's finally Chinese New Year! I had a special day at school. They had a Lion Dance performance at school with drums...and I hid behind my teacher because I don't like loud noises. And then we made dumplings! And we got to eat them too! Check out the pics of me and my class making dumplings! Yummy!

My first dental cleaning

Okay, so I know. I'm a bit behind. But Mommy finally took me and Brendan to see the dentist. I did great. I was hesitant at first, but I totally played it cool. :) Dr Kelly put the sharp pokey thing in my mouth and counted my teeth. It's already pretty crowded in there. Then, she polished my teeth with the best tasting toothpaste ever. I think it was bubblegum flavored. I loved it. Mommy was so happy that I did such a good job. :) I'm happy too, no more sugar monsters...for today anyhow. I also got a really cool light up toothbrush. It blinks. Brendan went to the dentist too, but he wasn't very good. He kept his lips tight! And then there was some crying. He wasn't happy at first, but the toothbrush made him happier. I think Auntie Betty, Uncle Joel and Uncle Ken would be very proud of me.
